North Scottsdale Remodel

This home nestled near the McDowell Mountains was in need of a facelift to take it from the ’90s to 2019.  The remodel included filling in step-downs in the Family Room and Master Bedroom.  We then removed the dated floors and replaced them with French Oak hardwood.  The Kitchen received a  complete remodel with all new custom cabinets, countertops, backsplash, lighting, and fixtures.  In addition, we removed the soffits in the kitchen to take advantage of the high ceilings. The remodel also included removing old, bulky built-ins in favor of newer, sleeker cabinetry.

California Vintage

This California home was built in 1939 and still had all of its original fixtures, including the asbestos tile in the kitchen!  The goal of this remodel was to maintain the charm of the home while updating everything from the knob and tube wiring to the plumbing and decorative elements. The home received all-new custom cabinetry and custom millwork to match the original.   The result is an elegant and family-friendly home.
